Design Teaching Methodologies was a course in which I created a BFA curriculum through team-based exploration and ideation while serving as a university faculty member. The class operated as a university visual communication faculty tasked with creating a "from scratch" BFA curriculum in Visual Communication. Our team was required to select university studies, core foundations, reviews, philosophy, and the role of individual faculty members' attributes.
Each team member created course development, sequencing, and assessment rubrics in a team-based environment.
I designed the Responsible Design course, an advanced three-credit-hour class for students in their last semester, with assignments and rubrics according to our BFA Program.
To present our results, the team designed a University Booklet. We came up with the name, palette colors, philosophy, and everything a University needs to stand out.
